Daily UI 002: Credit cart check out

Design Hint... Design a credit card checkout form or page. Don't forget the important elements such as the numbers, dates, security numbers, etc.

I was pretty satisfied with this design back then when I first started and finished this brief. But now when I look back and post it online, I don't like it in the end.

There's something about this design that I don't like.

In the end, it came out not as modern as I wanted.

I might try this again with another style. This looks quite outdated.
