Kicks Mobile Shoe Store

Kicks is a fictional app-based online store for footwear and accessories in Australia.

I choose this project for a case study as online shopping, especially as the fashion sector is a fastly growing field with unique challenges.

Through my research with users, I found major challenges with regards to purchasing shoes online, such as size and quality concerns and delivery.

In this project, I sought to address these weaknesses with calculated UX design and a thoughtful purchasing and returns process.
