Bebop

Lots of people on the internet seem to be doing TMNT fan art these days, so I wanted to take a crack at the boss hog himself, Bebop. Somewhere along the way, it took on a pretty strong 80s vibe, so I just ran with it. I'm bummed that you don't see this fella and Rocksteady much anymore.
