Patient Record Management system website The patients can save all of their medical prescriptions and reports on the system (PDF Document). This has a facility for sorting the prescriptions and reports on the basis of the period, doctor, different systems of medicines and labs, etc. This include Dashboard and login screens both for Doctor and patient.
