Deleón – Magazine Advertisement

Magazine advertisement for Deleón Barbershop's beauty product, Mane Tame.

What started as a referral for a new logo evolved into a detailed branding project including stationery, visual identity, product design, and promotional materials.⠀⠀

The client, a master groomer from Miami, recently opened his own barbershop in Atlanta. His sole request was a bold icon incorporating the mane of a lion, his last name being DeLeón, with a human-like face. I felt the jungle-looking Monstera leaf properly mirrored this shape, much to the delight of the client who is also a self-proclaimed botanist.⠀⠀

The inspiration for this project is the city feel of Atlanta paired with the bright colors Miami is known for while highlighting the beauty in a decaying landscape.
