Value Proposition Canvas

To understand how our product add value we use Value Proposition Canvas. It has two parts:

  • Customer Profile (circle) - to understand user's point of view,

  • Value Map (rectangle) - how our product/service may deliver the benefits answering customer's needs and pain-points.

And if there's a "match" between them it's more likely that the customer will accept the product.
