Educational platform for students and tutors

Now is the time for educational platform, aimed for students and tutors. There are 3 roles in this project: student, tutor and admin.
Students can ask a question about one of the subjects and get a chat with a tutor for help. After that, the tutor has the opportunity to save the discussion as an article in the system and this can be a great help to other students.
