Horsetail fall - Yosemite

Horsetail fall is a seasonal waterfall which streams down the east side of El Capitan during winter and early spring, and if it’s flowing in February the setting sun illuminates the waterfall making it glow orange and red.
The image was painted during Huely, a limited colour palette challenge I run during July. The name is the combination of Hue (colour) and the month its held (July). For each image I use a maximum of 5 colours (+ black and white) to paint my images.
