Voice notes

Hello 👋🏻
In continuation to the Scarlet Design System daily shot series today I'd like to share a chatting component which is the voice note message.

Since all the channels support voice notes - except website widgets - I had to design voice note message component to use in the multi-channel product CEQUENS Chat.

An important part of designing a component is to consider all the cases of that component which is here playing the sound and controlling the voice levels and of course the consistency with the other components.
