SmartWatch mCommerce app

Smart Watch mCommerce sells smartwatches on their mobile app; however, they experienced problems with conversions. I focused on developing a simpler user experience architecture that provided a way to prevent customers from the need to pass through many stages or make multiple taps on their mobile device before arriving at their desired result.

I also worked on developing a better way to grab the attention of users to the products sold here by using the oldest conversion principle which is: communicate the product's availability to the buyer, and they can become more likely to buy it. I executed this by having the product they are currently viewing constantly visible to the users throughout the product's discovery stage.
