Mobile App Customer Journey Map

Hey Dribbblers! 😎

The character of today’s Customer Journey Map, Jon, who is known among his friends as a track guru, loved his new app. It is designed to search for new music for his playlist. Jon was using it actively and nothing gave a sign he was going to delete it, but he did. There are two facts to explain it: 1. this is a music app, 2. Jon was having exams this year, then it becomes less unpredictable.

Follow the User Journey with the map’s help and learn: - which problems Jon came across while exploring all the functions of the app, - which solutions could possibly fix these flaws, - how he evaluated his experience on each stage of the journey.
