ResolveCRM Agent Dashboard

This is a customer complaints management system with embedded CRM functions, this view shows a typical agent dashboard and this was from project I did in 2017. The solution ultimately reduced customer complaints resolution time from 72hours to 24 hours, it has an escalation module which is responsible for monitoring resolution status with business segments and also allow for SLA violation reporting hence facilitating response time and accurate resolution flow.
