Rae and Luna's cohabitation

My focus with this project was character rigging, first ,and secondary animations. For example as the baby leans in, her hair follows. My issue is rigging the dog to lean to the right. I used AE, rotation, parenting, and the puppet tool. But the face, ears, and collar looks awkward.
