Invoice Sherpa Setup Process

Hya there,

so here is the setup process for invoice sherpa. After the user completes the simplest sign up form ever seen :P, than he is presented with a 5 step setup process for setting up his account.

I can show only 3 steps for now, since i'm polishing the 4th.
