Lil' Sweetie

I've wanted to try illustrating *these* hands for the longest time! I've never really drawn a hand like this before, so it took me a fair amount of time to get to grips with it, but I am in LOVE with the outcome. It gives this little guy bags more character. I love all of the colours in this piece, and I'm really enjoying focusing on the individual letters in the word, as opposed to the word as a whole when it comes to type design. I don't know why it took me so long to try overlapping each letter and using drop shadows to create more dimension. DUH.
