Real Estate Flyers/Postcards

I usually create an initial design which I'm rarely satisfied with, which is the first uppermost flyer on the left. Then I duplicate and play around with the colors a bit. Some designs just have to be created around the image and not the other way round. In this case, I eventually settled for the postcard beneath the first initial flyer(which is okay if you want striking contrasts but the grey flyer besides it is more easy on the eye). The remaining two get binned! Haha
