Animal Shelter Website Design

Design Concept: This was designed for an animal shelter. The goal is to encourage users to register their pet, so that if their furry ones are lost, they can be scanned and returned home safely!

Process:
- Empathize: Understand user's needs and how they think and feel
- Define: Create a clear problem statement to determine what my design will solve based on research findings
- Ideate: Create as many design solutions as possible
- Prototype: Construct working prototypes to demonstrate functionality
- Test: Conduct usability testing to receive feedback on design

Skills developed and used throughout the project include:
- Create empathy maps, personas, user stories, user journey maps and storyboards
- Understanding and implementing User-centered design
- Conducting competitive audits, usability studies
- Creating affinity diagrams
