Therefore the design, in the first page itself, offers a shoreline view, surrounded by sea, in an idyllic setting, to also suggest that the home occupant has a resort like luxury feel, complete in itself. The unique view is also on account of the unique vantage point, offered by the building.

The two colors, warm and cold, correspond to the views available during sun rise and sun set, reflect the range of vista open to the home owner-- the vibrant, rich warm feelings of warm colors in the day, and the tranquil, soothing feel of the cold colors at night --the complete spectrum.
