Logo Concept "Boekhandel Dominicanen"

One of the logo's pitched for a bookshop in The Netherlands (Maastricht). Client ended up choosing a different version which was deemed commercially superior and a better fit for the overall strategy but agreed this version to be more esthetically pleasing. Pitch won = what counts!
