Full Body Stretch

This App Concept is called Kavas Yoga.
I designed it with the persona of an overworked career woman in mind. Someone who barely has time to exercise. This App is specifically for such persons as there are special feature categories targeted at these individuals.

Features of the App
There are 3 levels based on yoga skill level
1: Beginner
2: Intermediary
3: Professional.

There are several kinds of body stretch exercises to chose from.
1: Full Body Stretch
2: Flat Tummy Exercises
3: Soft Workout.
4: Full Abs Workout.
ETC

The exercises can be timed and you can record and keep track of all your progress.

You can also measure calories as well. And so much more.
