An appointment app for doctor's appointments. You can simply access the app and book an appointment instantly entering minimal info. You can make a booking based on the doctor's availability as per IM chat, Audio, Video Call, and physical chamber.

Though there is nothing new BUT I hope you'll like the UI idea. Feel free to criticize.
