#Exploration Manga Reader Mobile Search Menu

Hello again,

This is the continuation of my Manga Reader Mobile.
I tried to make a simple search menu and advance menu.
For the advance menu i can't decide to make it overlay by submenu or all, but i think i'll tried to make it by sub menu. it'll popped more than once thought
