Design a build-your-own-burger app: 1-hour challenge

This 1-hour design challenge was to 'Design a build-your-own-burger app'

I knew it would need to have all of the staples of an online food ordering app such as a menu, individual items that can be added to a basket, delivery options and payment processing.

I decided to make the 'Burger Builder' a stand-out feature on the menu page. The builder itself is simple and visual with easy click-to-select/deselect functionality.

For added interaction and joy I would want to animate the cartoon burger in the bottom right corner to mimic the burger being built i.e. a slice of tomato would appear/disappear as the user clicks those options so the cartoon becomes a 'preview' of the real burger.
