Teardrop Pear Beauty Parlour

The second of five illustrations from my Radiant Rooms series!

Here is the beauty parlour where everyone is getting ready for the evening. Outside has come inside, with the leaves from the trees having special functions where they not only produce nail varnish, but paint your nails too! The surrealist painter Remedios Varo inspired a great deal of this series.
