Auto Dealership Web App: Customer Detail Page

I've been using the design system I created, Highbeam, to create dashboard mockups. This is a mockup of a customer detail page. My favorite part of this page is an idea that came from the client. They wanted a very quick way to see how often the customer had touchpoints with the dealer. It's certainly not a complicated UI, but I love how easily someone can get a picture of the customer's journey.
