La licorne rousse | Logo

This is a logo for my own brand, La licorne rousse ("the ginger unicorn"). As ALSO an archaeologist, I am strongly inspired by medieval style; Therefore I did a very classic fusion between L and R, using a typography that reminded me of medieval woodcuts. The horn is directly inspired by a specific unicorn drawing (showing on the right side). The orange chiffon color was an obvious choice to remind the ginger, but also to remind watercolor as I like to work with it.
