Mobile App Sign Up

Hi! It has been a year now I am studying UX and UI design and now is the time to practice :) This is my first real design, all feedback is welcome!

I have developed all wireframes of this app in XD and I want to use the daily UI challenge to motivate me designing it, in Figma. I studied UX design in XD, so is has been a bit of a learning curve today ^^

I wanted to simplify the signup process: the user does not have to chose between sign in or sign up (some people don't even remember if they have an account or not), so you enter your email and your password (at least the password you think is gonna work) and if the email does not match the records, then you're invited to create an account with the data you already entered.
