DESIGN SYSTEM // abana

Today I would like to talk to you about my artistic project for the master's degree: a Design System for the institutional site of the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples.

Briefly said, a design system is all you need to start building any brand: from color to typography to all the visual elements that a UI kit includes. In addition, the design system also includes pieces of code already structured and written by me, so if you like a certain element, for example a button, you just need to copy its code to insert it on your website.
In short, everything is already set up, you don't have to do anything.

In addition to all the elements I have designed for the ABANA site, I have created another container site that includes these elements: you are guided step by step through the design process and you are explained how to implement all these nice things to your liking by sifting through the files made available, such as style.css, icons.svg and lots of html code.

I had a lot of fun during the making, I really enjoyed working on such a project. I hope to be able to pass on a small part of the commitment but above all the passion that I put into it!
