XSpot - Live Notes

I’m happy to present the first screen from the newest project I’ve been working on at Semiflat Studio. XSpot is a SaaS solution helping sales teams and prospects communicate more effectively and close deals faster. It leverages a Mutual Action Plan framework to get all stakeholders aligned on key milestones and tasks. The acronym says it all - it’s a MAP to a successful sale!

One of XSpot’s key features is Live Notes. Salespeople use them to take notes during client meetings which helps establish a “source of truth” that’s accessible by both parties: sales team and the prospect. Clients can comment on the notes and make suggestions but the ability to edit is reserved for members of the sales team.
