What are the e-commerce experiences of the future? What do they look like, and how will they feel?

Just like the Web was originally based heavily in the ""document"" metaphor, but has since evolved into a platform for highly-interactive, almost game-like applications that fully embrace a dynamism that's native to the medium of computing, we at Resonance believe e-commerce ""stores"" will evolve to drop the heavy indexing on the ""physical store"" or ""mail catalog"" metaphors, and come into their own, powered by the capabilities of dynamic computing.

These were some of my earliest mockups for the fashion online shopping experience of the future - we can't wait to show you what's in store and how much we've learned and evolved from these small starts, but for now we wanted to share them with you all.
