New office art - weekend project to spice up my desk area. Always a blast to get my hands dirty with some analog art!

“Lead With Vision” is my top fav leadership principal out of the seven we follow as staff at Fairhaven Church.

Leading with vision is about remembering the big picture, knowing your why, and keeping your efforts on track. Having a good reason to do something is an idea that has always resonated with me.
