Noise

This is one of several experiments that I have been doing in recent years using computer programming to generate graphics.

For this project, I used the Python-based Drawbot module to build an algorithm capable of reading an image and translating black and white pixels into diagonal lines directed to the right or left.

The idea came from exercises that I had developed based on the book "10 Print Chr $ (205.5 + Rnd (1)):: Goto 10", which has Casey Reas (one of the creators of Processing) among its authors.

The book, who talks about a program made with just one line of code for the Commodore 64 BASIC, is available for free through the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 3.0 license and can be accessed through this link: https://10print.org/10_PRINT_121114.pdf
