Y dispatch: Intelligent automation to transform the way truckers operate their business

In Summer 2020 (Great timing, I know!), I decided to move out of San Francisco to New York. I should mention, that I have come up with this life-changing decision in 3 days. For some reason, it seemed to make sense to drive my own car to the opposite side of the U.S. Luckily, I am a DESIGNER and apply design thinking in everything I do. I have thoroughly planned the whole road trip including my stops, accommodation, food and even attractions. (Ping me if you ever need help with that, I am a pro now). I met with locals, truck drivers, saw wild goats and Eminem's house. So in the end, It was worth it.

You might be wondering why the hell I am writing this story here? Good question. Just a few days after I had finally arrived in New York, I was offered to start working on an app for truck drivers to plan their roadmap (very briefly). During my trip, I had a chance to talk to my "future" users and gather insights, problems and overall feel their personality. (Awesome People!). Because of that I have a great empathy towards truck drivers and was really excited to contribute into solving the industry problem, that I have personally faced during my trip.
