Inclusion is Growth.

When I think about what makes a strong community, it is kindness and inclusion. I have been drawn to the quote that "diversity is being invited to the party; inclusion is being asked to dance." To me, that quote is so hopeful and bright. My design of a flower made up of diverse hearts shows that with kindness and acceptance we can grow together as a community. #allhands
