Joy - Service Design

Joy is a product service system to empower the quality of life of the children with juvenile arthritis and their families in order to provide them a better future.

But how it works?

The children will wear the wristband that automatically monitor his vital parameters and all these info will be send to the app.
The parents can insert level of the daily activities, level of mood and symptoms of his child in the app, and they can also write some descriptive data in the diary section of the app which are processed with the machine learning classification to find match in the community section.
