This is a small project for Mochary Method Company that i just completed in last month. 😎
Mochary Method, is a web-based tool for conducting text-only meetings with two or more people. This web app is the command-center allows you to schedule and conduct 1-1 meetings between managers and direct reports. It allows a company to celebrate the good things that happen in the company and in the lives of team members, to bring up and solve the most pressing issues, and to allow all team members to give and receive the feedback they need to reach the next level of performance.
Every successful tech company has such a system: Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple, etc. Each had to painstakingly build their own system. With the Mochary Method, such a system has already been built for you.
