Quality comes from agonizing?!

Animated illustration for a digital employee magazine. Quality comes from agonizing: Is this saying really true? I created this style to illustrate abstract terms like “trust“ or “knowledge transfer”. For this project I prefer characters which are not cute or comic-like but sympathic and flexible in usage.
