KPMG Innovation Project - Survey Tool

One of interesting project I created UI for my old company. This is the tool that help event organizer easily to create survey sheet in exclusive topic at the event such as conference or talkshow held by KPMG Innovation team. With simple and clear interface, this application is the solution for people who struggle with punch of boring making question process, quick action and creation is the strength of this one.
