Community curated design discussion

For a while now, I've realised that there's a lot of great articles and discussions across the web about UX and design. You see them in isolated blogs and recently a lot of them in Medium. Medium is an amazing place where you can share your ideas and thoughts in a beautiful format - but what I find lacking in the discussion bit. Yes, you can leave a not and tweet to the author, but you can't have a full fledged discussion with other members of the community. You can't share your knowledge or opinions.

The same applies to other articles on the web. Most of them have comments enabled, but how do you follow multiple blogs, opinions and articles at the same time?

Wouldn't a reddit like app work well in this case? I've had this idea for a while, and I'd like to see where it goes... What about you guys? Is this something you would like to see exist? Would anybody be interested in posting the first articles and get the ball rolling?

Also does this already exist?
