Work Ethic - Weekly Warm-Up 57

work ethic (noun): the principle that hard work is intrinsically virtuous or worthy of reward.

For this Dribbble Weekly Warm-Up, I decided to base myself on the reward aspect of work ethic - the idea that such a reward could exist physically, like a trophy given to hard workers.

This winged pen nib represents the culminating achievement of a designer with a strong work ethic.
