Cuida - Health website - Drug subscription

Description:

Cuida is a website where people with a medical condition (diabetes and / or hypertension) can subscribe to the drug delivery service at their doorstep.

This project was born in the middle of the pandemic, with a strong need to cover the usual medication of people with a medical condition who cannot go to a pharmacy to buy since they are considered high-risk or vulnerable people against the Covid virus, for which , going to a pharmacy or simply leaving home is already a risk to your health.

Taking this and other factors into account, Cuida was born, offering a dedicated service to these people, bringing the medications they need to the door of their homes, complying with all the necessary protocols for an impeccable and successful delivery.

Views:

Being a new product and before subscribing, it is important to provide the user with all the necessary information so that he can answer any questions. Likewise, a direct communication channel such as a chat is offered, in case the person has a specific query.

At the end, we can see two ways to start the subscription process: the selection of the type of medical condition that the person has (option 1) and the direct search for the medication that the person needs (option 2), the latter option being the one that it is currently used after the lessons learned in the first months of launch.

This last part is the one that starts the subscription process, starting with the selection of your medications in the list of products that we will see later.

Developing:

This project was developed by a team with a lot of experience and commitment, with a focus on business, design, technology, operations and more, which helped bring the product out in record time, with clear objectives and the necessary functionalities to provide a good product. -service.

Special thanks to Valeria Tapia who was my UX duo in this project, with whom we built everything and every part of this product from the very beginning, both at the UX and UI level and even ensuring the final experience at the door of each person; and for Gabriela Cuba who supported us by illustrating various characters for this project, an impeccable job as always.
