Women at the Well Logo Design

New freelance design project I’m especially stoked about! This is a logo I created for a women-led group for Care and Share Food Bank. They’re dedicated to serving Care and Share’s mission of “no person should go hungry” through volunteering, donations, and fundraising.

The design needed a slight nod to C&S, which I accomplished through the 3 wheat stalks in her hair (corresponds to the 3 wheat stalks in the C&S logo). Additionally, it needed to be feminine and exemplify strength and community. I created the illustration from a reference photo. The line under the O in women is an abstract reference to the female symbol.

I think this may be the favorite logo I’ve ever designed.
