Rako is a Tennis Online Training Session Reservation application.
I am the product designer of this app
Some process that we do for releasing this application :
implementation of UX process within the company and alignment of design goals with business goals
creating wireframes, storyboard, user flows, Process flows, and visual plans for effective communication, identifying user journey and pain points and providing solutions to increase the user experience and conducting usability testing and identify design problems and create a solution (Which led to a complete redesign)
