Creatively Know How to Reach People

If I should choose a creative skill that I wish I possessed, how to creatively know how to reach people with my own way. (edited)

My approximately 1 year internship as a UI/ UX designer in the Apple Developer Academy Batam really teaches me the importance of UCD (User-centered Design). It also teaches me how I still lack of "seeing" people. I have the empathy, but I think the empathy that I have not to the point where I really want to hear and care about people. It's like I know the flaw and I have to improve my design, but the heart of mine still having a hard time reaching people. It might be because I'm used to doing everything myself, I don't want to bother other people, and the expectations that I set on others. I might need to figure out how to do it with my own way with my kind of personality. A human that still learning how to be a human again 💪🏻
