One of your newest experimental features that will be launching pretty soon is the Recommended Candidates!

A metaphor that can be easily used to explain this concept: Spotify's Discover Weekly playlist, but for potential great engineering candidates to connect with.

Similar to how the Discover Weekly playlist surfaces hidden gems, Recommended Candidates displays a weekly batch of engineers whom you might have otherwise looked past. We want to surface a variety of great, potential candidates to hiring managers and recruiters and we hope that this feature will help with that.
