Our Values & Principles. Fluix Design Team
In 2020, together with my team, we aimed to define and communicate to each other our common values and principles which were already in our minds, which we followed in designing our products. So in the end, we came up with 19 principles we all agree with, stand for, and believe in.
Today, these principles help us make decisions, support our culture, and move together in one direction. They help us run through the obstacles in our daily routine. And for the newbies, these values and principles guide our culture.
