Artsy Editor - Image Resizing

This is the image resizing component for my upcoming WP editor plugin, Artsy Editor.

Decided to add it because WP's current image resizing is terrible, you have to choose either the percentage (eg. 110%/80%) or the exact size, which don't really give you a feel of how big the image is.
