Cinematicon - next iteration with fixed multi-level header

The next iteration of the front page. I added a very basic search function and two (?!) indicators for new content -- one that's only visible only on the front page and another, less obtrusive version, that sticks around on all pages.

The addition of the new features required me to add a second level in the header area.

I made sure that the new content notifications were difficult to miss. It is my assumption that it's important for returning visitors to quickly identify new content. I'll spend some time on improving the experience.

I've also started playing with different background colors in the header to give it a bit more character when I apply the branding later. Could be fun, but I also like it white.
