"Pitha-Chai will serve traditional cakes or Pithas. It’s kind of traditional food of the Bengali people.
Pitha is a type of rice cake from the eastern regions of the Indian subcontinent, common in Bangladesh, Nepal
and India. Pithas are typically made of rice flour, although there are some types of Pitha made of wheat flour.
Less common types of Pitha are made of palm or ol (a local root vegetable).
City people love Pithas but they don’t have enough time or ingredients to make it. So we will give them instant
snacks to big program servings.
We also have some traditional drinks like Date and Sugarcane juice."
