I have yet again teamed up with the lovely people of NameShouts & helped them build some new stuff.

This time around, we focused on polishing the brand and introduced some lovely animals to signify diversity in naming. 🐘

Their names are pretty cool, I'm sure you'll appreciate that. 😎

I wanted the site itself to actually work as a "live tutorial" of the product, hence why all of these lovely living beings on the site have a pronunciation mark floating right next to them. These can be clicked & the users will hear how to pronounce their names. Plus, this teaches the user how NameShouts works. ✌️

As NameShouts provides both phonetic and audio pronunciations, I have introduced one additional thing that acts as part of the brand. You'll notice that some texts are highlighted - especially in case of headings. When users hover over these, they will get a phonetic pronunciation hint. Initially, it worked the other way around (phonetic first, normal text after hover), but we changed that for readability. Nevertheless, this little neat touch is there!
